Shipping
Shipping charges are the sole resonsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our location. Your Delivery Confirmation status is final.
Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. We process and ship orders Monday - Friday within 72 hours of receipt. Please email or call if you have questions about expedited service. We can ship via next day service with an additional fee of $10 in addition to USPS fees.
Because we do not use unnatural preservatives, our products have a limited shelf life (most have about one year from date of purchase). We make salves (and some herbal oils, if freshly stocked quantities are low) as ordered rather than allow them to sit on a shelf aging for no good reason. This way your order is as fresh and potent as possible.
